- Google email services where messages sent to nick@decorbynick.com are forwarded to the business Gmail inbox;
- accountants, insurers, professional advisers or payment providers where relevant;

6. How long information is kept
- Website security and access logs are normally retained for about 14 days.
- The website server copy of an enquiry, including attachment names, types and sizes, is retained for no longer than 24 months from submission, unless it is required for an active dispute or legal obligation.
- Uploaded image files are checked and sent as email attachments but are not stored as separate files in the website enquiry record. Copies remain in the business email account only while the related correspondence is retained. Photos can contain location or device metadata, so remove this before uploading if you do not want to share it.
- Enquiry correspondence is kept only while reasonably needed to respond, quote and follow up, normally no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful contact if no work is agreed.
- Customer, quotation, invoice and payment records may be retained for the statutory accounting, tax, insurance and legal-claims periods that apply.
When information is no longer required, it is deleted or securely disposed of.
